Kaplan serta Friedrich, yaitu:

Kelompok kepentingan (interst groups);
2.
Kelompok kepentingan khusus (special interst
groups);
3.
Kelompok kepentingan umum (general interst
groups).
Jenis kepentingan kelompok:
1.
Principled intersts (kepentingan utama);
2.
Expediency interests (kepentingan diri sendiri).
