MODEL LEGAL MSDM
Dalam model legal (legal model) ini kiprah departemen SDM
memperoleh kekuatan dari keahlian di bidang hukum.
Implikasi model ini terhadap departemen SDM adalah bahwa
model ini memposisikan departemen SDM sebagai penilai aktif terhadap strategi,
terutama yang bertalian dengan implikasi hukum atas strategi tersebut
(contohnya: tuntutan hukum karena pemecatan yang keliru).
Model ini mengacu departemen SDM supaya lebih giat
memperhatikan masalah hukum dan aspek etis kultur organisasi.
