MODEL KLERIKAL MSDM

Dalam model klerikal (ckerical model) ini fungsi departemen sumber daya manusia yang terutama adalah membuat dan menyimpan laporan, data, catatan-2, dan melaksanakan tugas-tugas rutin.
Implikasi model ini terhadap SDM adalah bahwa model ini tidak mendorong adanya peran departemen SDM dalam proses perencanaan strategik.
